ASHI Standards of Practice.
ASHI is the only nationally recognized association of professional home inspectors
which requires its members to pass a series of rigorous testing, have
extensive inspection experience and obtain continuing educational credits
to maintain certification. The Standards of Practice are the guidelines
that are adhered to when properties are inspected. Please use the hyperlink

inspector is working for your best interest during the inspection. The only
compensation that is received by the inspector is from the home inspection
itself. This ensures an objective assessment of the property. No kick-backs
or referral fees are permitted.
